Queer/Trans liberation includes prisoner liberation! We are an organization working in solidarity with incarcerated queer and transgender people to abolish the prison industrial complex while advocating for individuals along the way.

Win-win solutions for conflicts between people need to be found. Another big issue not addressed often is the oppression and coercion that most people experience with "parents" from the time they are born. When someone is not seen and treated as an equal (and loved) person from the time they are born, this is degrading and hurtful. It also leads people to not be "okay" with win-win on a deep level- because not even their own family members supported it. I also support immediate decriminalization of every act that was not unwanted or harmed anyone. This alone would release a HUGE proportion of people in prison. The money spent on imprisoning someone could immediately be spent on meeting needs of the various people concerned about (or accused of) these "crimes." Are there any prison abolition organizations that take donations?
