Dani J. Farrell

Dani Farrell is a dedicated advocate, entrepreneur, and changemaker committed to fostering inclusivity and empowerment within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Tbuddy, he leads the pioneering effort to establish the first 24 hour peer support system tailored specifically for transmasculine individuals. He is also the Founder of Trans In Color, a vital platform dedicated to creating a supportive and affirming space for transmasculine BIPOC individuals. In addition to his leadership work, Dani serves as the Director of Communications for Black & Pink National, where he oversees communications strategy, storytelling, digital engagement, and public messaging focused on LGBTQIA2S+ people and people living with HIV impacted by violent systems. His work centers bold, community driven narratives that amplify marginalized voices and push critical conversations into the public sphere. Dani’s passion for advocacy and community empowerment has also been exemplified through his role as the former Strategy Director for the National Trans Visibility March, where he played a pivotal role in organizing and executing a landmark event that brought national visibility and awareness to issues facing the trans community. As a former writer for FTM Magazine, he further honed his skills in communication and storytelling, using his platform to uplift underrepresented voices and experiences. Throughout his career, Dani has dedicated himself to creating inclusive environments and advancing equity within marginalized communities. With extensive experience in marketing, communications, and organizational development, he has helped build and grow grassroots organizations from the ground up, driving impactful change through strategy, visibility, and community centered leadership. His ultimate goal is to help create a world where marginalized individuals feel safe, respected, and valued, and where equity is not just an aspiration but a lived reality. He remains deeply committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of his work and beyond.
